His vast experience in Product Development, Project Management, Partner & Vendor Management is unparalleled. He was also the head of entire development team operations spread across Singapore, Philippines and India at Sungard.

Kumaravadivel, Director of Mavens-i comes with an IT experience of 17+ years, predominantly in the Pharma Industry. He has worked with Dr. Reddy’s Lab, India for over 13+ years and has contributed largely to the success of the entity. His deep knowledge on Sales Force Automation systems (SFA, SFE, and Business Intelligence) puts him on par with some of the experts in the Industry. He has a proven record for an effective leader, with distinguished abilities in directing and motivating multinational workforce. He now looks forward to impart training to accomplish greater operational efficiency and excellence.

Senthil Kumar Ramamoorthy, comes with 21 years of experience in various industries including a long stint in IT / ITeS managing businesses, processes and solutions. His expertise covers driving digital transformation, accessibility, process excellence, problem solving, strategic planning. He had managed large teams driving business objectives. Hands on growing intrapreneurial business and grew into Mn$. His accolades include CPACC, CSM, CPM certifications.
As a Project Director in Mavens-i, he provides leadership to all accounts in ‘Services’ vertical, stabilizing process, engaging with customers, driving efficiency and anchoring agile practices. Contributes to strategic discussion and direction in organization's culture, best practices in re-defining competence and success agents.

Mugilan, a solution architect with a software engineering background, is highly skilled. He has a proven track record of success with over 10 years of experience.
